  • Application facilitation and follow-ups
  • Marketing or digital services (if opted)

As these services involve professional time, effort, and third-party coordination, our refund policy is strictly governed by service stage and engagement status.


2. General Refund Conditions

  • No Refunds After Processing Begins: Once your loan file or application has been processed or submitted to a financial institution, no refund will be issued.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Registration fees, consultancy fees, or processing fees paid for initiating service are non-refundable.
  • Third-Party Deductions: Any fees paid to banks/NBFCs, credit bureaus, or government portals are not covered under this refund policy.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be issued in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate payment made in error (subject to verification)
  • If services were not initiated within 7 business days from the date of payment and no action was taken from our side
  • If the service is cancelled by Rupee Fincare due to unforeseen issues or disqualification

Note: All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, back to the original source of payment.


4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

    • Your full name and contact number
    • Payment receipt or transaction reference
    • Reason for refund request
  2. Our team will verify your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to grievance@rupeefincare.com. We aim to resolve all client concerns transparently and fairly.
